Critical AI work log
Suggested activity for seminars and individual work. The purpose is to make the revision process visible, not to grade the amount of text produced.

- Record the tool, model, date, instructions and response received.
- Check two claims against original sources. Record what each source supports and what it does not establish.
- Rewrite the answer, explain your corrections and retain open questions.
